ABOUT THE PROJECT

Instead of consumers saying they are hypothetically interested in buying a product idea in a vacuum, we set up experiments that require consumers to make real-world choices by voting with their wallets – and the people who didn’t want to buy told us why.

I led the design and development of an eCommerce platform that concurrently tests variables (product offering/line-up, sizing, pricing, messaging, etc.) and tracks qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral data to the individual level.

VERSION 1.0

A national footwear brand was looking to introduce a brand new footwear technology but didn’t know the right messaging or price in order to go mass market successfully. This first iteration helped us streamline the user experience, particularly with the automation of certain tasks,  and we focused on UX writing to improve every detail of the experience.

VERSION 2.0

A never before seen showering technology wanted to learn the best pricing structure and if an unknown brand name could compete with a known brand. This iteration enhanced our ability to concurrently A/B/C/D test different product offerings and pricing structures. Data export/visualization and automation improvements were made.

VERSION 2.1

A new oral care technology wanted to learn if their product was viable in the market.  In this iteration, we improved the CMS front-end and added additional automation.
